No, you are not obligated to go to the repair shop recommended by your insurance company. While they may suggest a specific location based on established relationships, Utah state law supports your right to choose your repair facility.

Yes, in most cases, your insurance company will cover the cost of a rental car during repairs. We arrange rentals primarily through Hertz and Enterprise.

A deductible is the amount you, as the policyholder, must pay out of pocket before your insurance coverage applies. For instance, if you have a $500 deductible and incur $2000 in vehicle damage, you’ll pay $500, and your insurer covers the remaining $1500.

We cannot waive deductibles. However, if you possess an active vehicle service contract, we can offer a deductible credit of up to $1,000.

While we specialize in factory repairs, insurance requirements may necessitate aftermarket parts. Nonetheless, we strive to price match aftermarket parts and use factory parts whenever feasible, achieving an 85% success rate in price matching. This ensures high-quality repairs while adhering to insurance guidelines.

Occasionally, insurance companies may inadvertently send the customer a check intended for the body shop. If you receive such a check, please ensure it is promptly provided to the collision center.
